With so many neighbourhoods in our fair city, it can be difficult for first time buyers or those entering the real estate market to decide where to call home.

Although there are plenty of gorgeous neighbourhoods in our city, we'd like to take a moment to raise a case for one of the oldest and most dynamic: Downtown. Regardless of where you're planning on settling down, here's our case for taking proximity to Edmonton's Downtown into account when buying your Home!

Prime Location

Edmonton's Downtown is rightly called the "Heart of the City" allowing residents to stay in touch with local trends and happenings with excellent access to Edmonton's main attractions, such as Roger's Place and the Alberta Legislature Building. Even if being directly in Edmonton's core is too fast paced, Downtown is surrounded by a number of family friendly neighbourhoods like Glenora, Oliver and Westmount.
